Our Chapter History

Our expansion chapter was founded in August 2015. Within the first six months of formation, our Patroness and Ticktocker members logged over 1000 philanthropy and league hours.  Our members focus on fulfilling the NCL Experience–a 6 year plan focusing on the Philanthropic, Cultural and Leadership pillars of the organization.

The Virginia Bluebell Chapter currently has a growing number of philanthropic partners in our community.  We have chosen to partner with organizations that address genuine needs in our community and offer a variety of ways for our membership to volunteer.

To be eligible for membership in the NCL, Inc., Virginia Bluebell Chapter, daughters apply in their 6th-9th grade year, for membership as in their next school year.  Mothers must be prepared to volunteer with their daughter and other members of our Chapter, and contribute to the sustainability of our Chapter.  The NCL, Inc., Virginia Bluebell geographical boundaries include mothers and daughters who reside in or attend school in Centreville, Clifton, Chantilly and the surrounding Fairfax County areas.
